As the first All-Inclusive resort in the Fiesta family, this place knows how to do it right. The stress of planning where to eat, where to play, what to do, is pretty much taken care of. Every resort in Cancun offers something special, the Fiesta Americana Condesa is no different. I spent two days exploring and learning everything I could, and really think this is the “all-in-one” Cancun resort location. Budget-friendly options, romantic options, kid options, family options. If you aren’t one for a bouji lifestyle and simply want a safe place to relax, this is the place for you.

The rooms are minimalistic and beautiful. Recently redone in 2019, they rely on their Mexican decor to bring color and culture to life. A “Welcome” Sign is laid out in colorful rice in every room, fresh fruit is displayed on a table ready to be eaten, and each room features a waterfall inspired shower. There are multiple rooms to choose from as well. Be sure to clarify when booking if you need two beds, one, if you would like an ocean view or jungle view, if you want a hot tub on your patio, wading pool, or are okay with a normal hotel styled room. This resort offers almost everything and caters to all kinds and most price-ranges. 

Because this resort is so family friendly and open to all, it features a lot of entertainment choices like live shows, water sports, emerging events, walks on white sands, a refreshing pool, a kids club, great restaurants, and the Miiluma Spa, which is small, but gets the job done. The spa also offers some pretty unique additives too, like honey exfoliations, chocolate wrappings, stone massage, aloe wraps, and utilize natural ingredients from the region like tequila, guava and avocado. 

Speaking of food, culinary creations are many at the Fiesta Americana Condesa in Cancun. You will NOT go hungry. They offer regional cuisine of Mexico, pizza, sushi, and I think I ate four Nutella crepes made fresh in front of me. If you have picky kiddos, you won’t have to worry about that here. If you want a taste of Mexico, book a private tequila tasting, complete with worm salt and fried crickets. OH and the best part? Most all-inclusive resorts have a limit on how many times a person can eat at a particular restaurant. If you find your favorite here, there isn’t one. Another way they showcase their casual and welcoming personality.

The Fiesta Americana Condesa offers a bunch of booking discounts and specials as well. HIGHLY recommend connecting with a travel advisor though. I know a lot of people question whether they should book themselves or with help, but trust, I travel All. The. Time. And always use an advisor. I love knowing someone has my back when things inevitably get kerfuffled. More importantly, they work with the resorts to ensure you DO get the better deal. The ones you maaayyyy not hear about as an individual. Say it with me, advisors save you money. HA!
