Clare’s Creamery opened to the Greenville market in 2020 and has created serious ice cream magic in that time. They have hand-crafted 27K gallons of ice cream, added a cherry on 22K sundaes, spun 13K milkshakes and served 3K drumsticks.
Plus, they just opened a second location! Which is adorable and welcoming to the whole family. Two of their flavors have even been awarded. Chocolate ice cream was awarded the highest honor of a Blue Ribbon, and their Honey Vanilla ice cream received a White Ribbon by the National Ice Cream Association in 2022.

Though the chocolate may be one of my favorite flavors, I can’t disregard the rest of the 18 flavors and 6 seasonal ones that rotate through both locations. If you’re dairy-free, they can take care of you too.
But the ice cream isn’t the only “sweet” thing about this little family run business. Owners Caitlin and Michael started Clare’s Creamery with a dream and a single ice cream bike; naming the company after Caitlin’s middle name, which happens to be shared by her grandmother and oldest daughter.
It is truly a family-affair.
Whether you’re a Texas Honey Pecan fan, a chocolate chip cookie dough, or dairy-free coconut fan, this little Greenville gem is only going to continue to grow. I see them ALL over town in the summer, and it is the best way to beat the heat or have a sweet after dinner treat.
They can even help with private events! They can provide a filled Ice Cream Cooler, Ice Cream freezer, Ice Cream bike, and even an Ice Cream Trailer. Check out either of their locations at 1625 E. North St or 1901 Laurens Rd in Parkins Mill and follow them on instagram to learn more.
I would love to know what your favorite ice cream flavor is. Or if you have tried Clare’s Creamery! Let’s connect on Instagram.
